This toolkit is a carefully edited selection of our tools that can be used to help bolster your personal wellbeing.
Use them on a daily basis to develop habits that boost confidence, resilience and self-efficacy. Use in a more concentrated way when life’s upsets throw you off balance.

The five component products of the personal Wellbeing Toolkit are:
- The Wellbeing Journal: Journalling is a proven technique for bolstering wellbeing. This 31-day journal is packed with ideas and information will get your wellness journey off to a flying start. As well as plenty of room to record your guided journalling.
- Positran Strengths Cards: These colourful cards introduce fifty personal strengths. Knowing and using your strengths is key to personal effectiveness, happiness and confidence. The information on the cards will help you identify your strengths and guide you towards integrating your strengths into your daily life.
- Feeling Magnets: Being able to name our feelings is an important part of building emotional resilience. It helps us understand ourselves and why we behave the way we do. Take a few moments every day to identify how you feel, or how you want to feel using these tactile magnets.
- Positive Action Cards: There are lots of things we can do to help ourselves feel better and to build our mental health and resilience. This pack of 64 ideas is a treasure trove of positive action ideas. Select one a day to put into practice and feel how they positively impact on your life
