Suggested uses for the Outdoor Coaching Cards

• Use outside to take people on journeys of reflection and learning, connecting aspects of nature with their internal quest
• Help develop powers of observation by identifying features on the cards in the environment and reflecting on the power of paying attention
• Use the images as metaphors, to prompt discussion. For example, the toadstool as both beautiful and poisonous.
• Use indoors to stimulate conversation and connection, bringing the outdoors inside
• Invite choice of a significant image, then flip to explore the significance further with the revealed question
• Invite your coachee to select from amongst the questions those they feel are meaningful and will be revealing  
• Use for personal journalling by selecting a card and addressing a question each day
• Use in team coaching, with each person selecting a card, then addressing the questions as a team
• Invite your coachee to create their journey using the pictures, then explore with the questions on the reverse

Your Outdoor Coaching Cards Pack measures 11 x8 x 2.5 cms weighs 170 grams and contains:

• Three image cards with a blank reverse to write your own questions
• Beautiful photographic images of aspects of nature from a toadstool to a flock of birds, to views and vistas. A very good variety of images (one on each coaching card, including the blanks)

1. For customers outside of the UK, customs duties may be charged on your order, unfortunately we cannot pay these or incorporate them into our prices, they are your responsibility to pay. You should be contacted by your domestic postal carrier to pay these if incurred.
