From team development to whole system change we work with you to create an intervention that will achieve effective and lasting change.

Experts in appreciative inquiry, positive psychology and human dynamics, we have a wealth of experience in this area.

We believe effective change in people and human systems is based on creating grounded hope and optimism that things can be better. When people believe a better future is possible and achievable, they become more willing to let go of unhelpful aspects of their past and present behaviour.

Bringing our extensive knowledge of human and social psychology into play we help people find the resources, motivation, co-operation and aspiration to achieve collective change.

Tell me more about your approach

We bring a strengths-based approach to all our interventions at an individual, team or organisational level, helping you release the untapped potential of individuals, teams and the whole organisation.

Drawing on the exciting, emerging discipline of dialogic organisational development we help you energise people into co-creating change with you, saving you time and money.

This approach, which includes appreciative inquiry, helps people see change as something they can influence, inspiring them to become your partners in change rather than the source of problems to be overcome.

We find this co-creative strengths-based approach to changing organisations has several advantages over a top-down approach:

  • Change is more likely to actually happen - if staff have real input, there is no reason to resist the change
  • Change is more sustainable - as the energy to change is largely self-generated
  • Change becomes motivating -  people want change if they really believe it will be for the better
  • Change is more successful - early involvement means there are less unexpected problems later on

The consultancy we offer reflects our approach to change; it is positive, engaging and involves the whole system to help make the change not only effective but sustainable. If members of the organization or team aren't part of the change from the beginning then it might not even get off the ground - and it won't be half as effective.
